So cheap, so poorly designed, so disappointed - updated after second shipment
I don’t even know where to begin. I had mixed feelings about ordering this potting bench because many reviews said it was cheaply made. I don’t know what product the people who gave this 4 and 5 stars got, but I got the cheaply made product. Nothing about this potting bench is good other than the idea of the drawer and cabinet (which is why I bought it). I can’t even finish putting this bench together because the pieces are so off.1. The table top came to me broken. See picture.2. The pre drilled holes are in the wrong place.3. The wood is very cheap and will split if you do not line the pieces up perfectly. Which is problematic since there are not pre drilled holes for every piece.4. The pieces are not even and do not fit together thus the alignment is off.5. The hardware feels and looks like it was made from aluminum cans.6. This is not worth $150I will attempt to contact the seller and get a replacement and update my review accordingly. But I needed to make sure people looking at this product know exactly what to expect.Update: on the same day I wrote this review I contacted seller to get a refund. I got an immediate response for a replacement or an option of a refund. The reps were courteous and immediately responsive. I tried to make the bench work as is but the table top won’t fit on because the back panel was made crooked. I have been informed that I will be receiving a refund. I upgraded the stars to a 2 because, although this product fell short, the customer service was great in responding.Update: I received a replacement product at no cost and this one actually fit together properly. This time I had my husband help and he agreed that the holes do not line up as they should but he managed to put it together nicely. I bought new handles that are sturdier and more attractive. My potting bench has been withstanding the summer heat and I’m happy that I was able to get a replacement. This 4 stars.

1.0 out of 5 stars Horrible Quality & Cheaply Made - Detailed Review with photos
Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2020
For the price, I was not expecting an heirloom quality piece of furniture. Its a garden work station, so intended to be used and get dirty....... HOWEVER...... the entire product, from packaging, to instructions, and materials to hardware, were probably to cheapest and worst quality I've ever seen! I don't think I could have found cheaper hardware if I had tried. It was only because of my previous woodworking experience and that I had alternative hardware and screws on hand, that I was able to finally assemble this unit.

To name just a few concerns (please see attached photos):
- Packaging: The box it arrived in was fine, but interior packaging and padding was almost non-existent, allowing the entire loose piece contents to move around inside the box.
- The instructions was basically pictograms....and many of those are incorrect or difficult to identify because the predrilled holes do not match those illustrated.
- The small labels identifying each part are poor quality and did not adhere to the raw pine wood pieces. Approximately 50% of the labels fell off in the box, making identifying parts difficult, all the more so as the illustrations in the manual are inaccurate.
- The wood pieces are cheap, kiln-dried and large grain, leading to warping and bending. A number of stave ends were already splitting. There was not a single straight piece in the box. Additionally, the panel assemblies were cheaply stapled together and most misaligned.
- While some pieces had pilot holes predrilled, many of the matching pieces did not, forcing the assembler to hand-measure the intended positioning for proper positioning. Even then I had to disassemble work twice to correctly align the panels.
- The screws and hardware was likewise shockingly poor quality. The "bite" of the screws into the cheap wood was inadequate, forcing me to use my own larger and longer screws to hold everything together. Likewise, the include door hinges were already coming apart and bent. I ended up using my own.
- The key selling point was the "metal" table top. This was deeply scratched, discolored and marked in the box. Again, this table is intended to be a work station.....but come on! Fresh from the box, the table-top looked like it had already gone through a war zone (see attached photo).

In summary, the size and design were good, but the quality of this piece makes it almost disposable....if you can figure out how to assemble it and have the spare hardware to hold it together.

I cannot recommend this Gardening Table.

3.0 out of 5 stars Have tools handy and a second person.
Reviewed in the United States on May 15, 2022
Order this for my husband as a gift, and I know he could've built it better but we both enjoy putting things together so I thought this would be a nice stand to put together. I was wrong.
Luckily my husband has a whole wood shop and is experienced with tools because we had to fix this stand while we put it together...
Most of the holes weren't predrilled and the connecting boards needed to be predrilled so the wood wouldn't split because the boards are not very thick or sturdy. Some of the pieces weren't properly built, because the whole stand was unlevel, resulting in the door to the cabinet to be off and the drawer not fitting the best, we had to shim it up on the patio to level it. The drawer face was broken off and needed to be restapled. Ghe packaging was missing some screws as well. The metal top was unglued in one corner and bent up. We had to take the wood around the top off and straighten out the top and reglue it. The instructions were okay, i mean we managed and figured it out.
It would definitely take two people in the very beginning, because the pieces are very flimsy and could easily break if they bent. It said ready to stain, so we could match it to other patio furniture, but it's already an orange stain color so that's disappointing.
I mean for the money I guess I got what I paid for.
