Really kills persistent invasive sumac

Really kills persistent invasive sumac
We bought and moved into an older home in 2022. Had we known about the tree's survival skills we would likely have not bought it. Almost 2 dozen large trees with hundreds of mowed dried suckers that were anything but dead. After digging up hundreds I was angry and got someone to cut them down and stump grind. Well that sent an alarm out because hundreds of new suckers appeared from existing roots. Next I tried several brush herbicides for over 3 months with poor results. I sprayed directly, then cut each stalk and sprayed, added a bit of soap and sprayed, but still had poor results. Desperate researching I found just a few videos of people with land that used something to get rid of the persistent brush along the property fence. I've finally got the answer I wish I knew last year. How I use it… for small suckers I pour a little in a small disposable cup and use a small foam brush and rub liquid on top growth. For suckers over pencil size stems I cut off and dab the stem. For areas that I don't have grass I use in a zep spray bottle, 1 squirt per sucker. They grow very fast and some new ones here and there but they stand no chance. I included one photo of my yard compared to neighbors, and they only have a few.
